Plants Available Now
Periwinkle (Creeping myrtle, Vinca minor)
This ground covering flowers heavily in early spring with splashes of color throughout the summer and fall. Great for someone looking to cover a large area with low maintenance greenery. Beware, this plant will spill over planters, creep across the ground, and is really only recommended for bedded areas that are highly controlled environments. For conservation sake, avoid using on landscapes that border protected areas or land that is not thoroughly managed. Plants are fully rooted and available for fulfillment upon ordering. Photos show parent plant fully spread out across ground covering, which will happen after a few years.
Purple Passion Plant (Gynura aurantiaca)
This plant, native to Southeast Asia, is known for its unusually purple leaves. The intriguing aura-like glowing pigmentation is actually due to the velvety texture. Some prefer to remove flower buds before blooming due to the smell, personally I have never noticed any fragrance. Gynura will hang over the side of a planter or will work great with support system of some kind. Plant cuttings / propagations harvested upon order. Photos show parent plants, cuttings will be smaller and require time to grow full size. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks.
Stonecrop "Autumn Joy" (Sedum Hylotelephium 'Herbstfreude')
Popular succulent forming upright branches that spread out and flower in bunches. Pink flowers in spring and summer turn to a deep maroon for a magnificent autumn color. Photos show parent plants, cuttings will be smaller and require time to grow full size.
English Ivy (Hedera helix)
For those of us in search of a charming indoor vine, or even those with a bit more extreme cottage-core daydreams... English Ivy is great, low maintenance, and will climb and spread, so it makes for a great ground, wall, or fence covering, even in shady wooded areas. That being said, it is also invasive and can pose a risk to native species. Plant this with great care, as you are responsible for finding a home for this specimen that is considerate of delicate local ecosystems. The only reason it is even available on this site is because the suburban residents who planted it failed to properly restrict its growth (given that can be difficult for plants that creep), and now it is being removed from nearby land that is neglected by big corporation/government. Please. for the sake of all of your local trees, hang it in a pot or keep it the center of your yard, surrounded by other plants, like a responsible conservation-minded person. This plant is ready to go, roots and all. Ships upon order. Some leaves may drop in the harvest process. Vines can be re-propagated as well, allowing you to grow a planter or space with thicker and thicker ivy over time.
Lilac (Syringa vulgaris)
Beautiful bold blooms in springtime. A true classic with an attractive fragrance. Plant cuttings / propagations harvested upon order. Photos show parent plants, some are rooted already, some will require time to develop as an individual. Some cuttings will be smaller and require time to grow full size. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks.
